Beard Award–winning restaurant group is seeking an Executive Chef
to lead one of its flagship seafood-driven concepts. This is an
opportunity for a chef who respects product, understands technique,
and leads from the front. The ideal candidate brings deep
experience working with a wide variety of seafood and demonstrates
mastery across multiple cooking styles — from precise classical
execution to contemporary innovation. This is not a “clipboard
chef” role. We are looking for a hands-on culinary leader who can
inspire a brigade, drive consistency, and elevate standards while
maintaining strong financial discipline. What We’re Looking For •
Proven Executive Chef or CDC experience in a high-level,
chef-driven environment • Strong background working with diverse
seafood programs (whole fish fabrication, shellfish, raw bar,
seasonal sourcing) • Mastery of varied cooking techniques —
wood-fire, classical French, modern American, regional coastal
influences, etc. • Ability to balance creativity with operational
excellence • Experience managing food cost, labor, and kitchen
systems at scale • Passion for mentorship and team development
