Dutch Bros Coffee, renowned for its quick and friendly drive-through coffee service, is seeking a passionate Coffee Specialist to join our energetic team. Founded in 1992, Dutch Bros Coffee serves not only expertly crafted coffee but also a vibrant atmosphere, upheld by our committed team of coffee enthusiasts. In this role, you will utilize your extensive coffee knowledge to enhance beverage quality and service, while also implementing standards that maintain Dutch Bros’ lively culture and ethos. Maintain the highest quality of coffee production by ensuring all beverages are consistently made to Dutch Bros standards. Educate and train staff on coffee products, brewing methods, and equipment operation ensuring all team members are up-to-date with the latest coffee trends and techniques. Manage coffee inventory, ensuring appropriate stock levels, storage conditions, and quality of supplies. Lead taste tests and the introduction of new coffee products to the menu. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the coffee preparation areas. Address and resolve customer complaints regarding coffee quality and service with professionalism and Dutch Bros ethos in mind. Deep knowledge of varieties of coffee, brewing methods, and barista equipment. Ability to work swiftly and efficiently with strong attention to detail. Strong leadership and training skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Barista Certification preferred.
