Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about delivering superior customer experiences and love coffee as much as we do. Provide friendly and efficient customer service by taking orders accurately and handling payments. Prepare various coffee and other beverage orders swiftly and to high standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cafe environment, including counters, seating areas, and equipment. Stock necessary supplies and notify management of inventory needs. Contribute to team efforts by supporting your peers during busy hours with a positive attitude. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of beverage preparation Cash handling and point of sale system experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Food Handler's Card (as required by local regulation)
