searching for an experienced high volume high turnover recruiter
who loves to jump in and come up with new ideas to find top talent!
This individual will be recruiting for hourly Janitorial positions
for North Charleston, SC and surrounding areas. It will require
travel to job sites to be able to see and learn the jobs you are
filling and get to know the teams and managers that you will work
with. We are also looking for someone who will get out into the
community to network, attend and host job fairs, build community
relationships and find new resources to recruit -top talent from. -
- Location: -7410 Northside Dr Suite G150 North Charleston, SC
29420 - Days/hours: -Monday-Friday 8am-5pm -but must be flexible to
work outside of these hours as needed - Position Responsibilities:
The Recruiter is responsible for the following tasks: Post jobs to
the web via the internal job board as well as our external tools
such as indeed, zip recruiter, etc. Recruits qualified candidates
through direct recruiting, referral programs, internet, advertising
and community involvement. (Applicant Tracking System, job fairs
and other opportunities). Facilitate internal job fairs and attend
external job fairs Daily monitoring and sorting of the applicant
pool. Utilize and build a resource from which to draw quickly
screened and qualified candidates for hire Conduct initial
interviews and schedule interviews for Operations Managers as
necessary Review the internal Bench Candidates for open positions,
keeping them warm for future opportunities Keep the Monthly Action
Plan up to date reviewing recruiting efforts Flexibility to
cross-train on various accounts and their unique hiring needs and
procedures Complete a Customer Profile for each account Participate
in Branch Manager calls to go over open orders, recruiting,
retention and turnover. Conduct site visits to engage with current
employees, evaluate site cultures and team dynamics and request
referrals, being prepared to answer employees' questions Will also
be responsible to be the back-up for the Shared Services
Coordinator focused on Administration as well as the Shared
Services Coordinator focused on Staffing when they are out. Other
duties as assigned by your manager. What We Need: 2+ years of
full-life cycle recruitment experience or a combination of work
experience and education Knowledge of business office
operations""filing and administrative clerical operations.
Proficient in Windows work environment and computer programs such
as Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs. Ability to read and
interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance
instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to communicate
effectively both orally and in writing with employees and the
general public, to maintain confidentiality in daily operations,
and to conduct daily duties in professional appearance and manner.
Ability to use and understand business arithmetic Ability to apply
common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in
written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems that
may arise in day-to-day operations and prioritize tasks. Valid
Drivers License with a good driving record - What We'd Like:
Fluency in English and Spanish BA/BS in Human Resources or related
field Prior knowledge of principles and practices of human
