Job Description:
KION Mobile Automation, Global Service is responsible for the
after sales & service in the field of mobile automation. This
includes providing training to our KION Operating Unit on our
mobile automation robots. The trainer is responsible to provide
technical training to our KION Operating Units trainers following
the train-the-trainer principle. Create training material using
information from relevant engineering departments, as well as
processing and preparing content for online and onsite training.
Involvement in service tasks 'out in the field' are part of the
role to ensure familiarity with the subject matter and relatability
to the target audiences.

The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $65,000-140,00
at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by
various factors such as work location, education, experience,
knowledge, and skills.
Tasks and Qualifications:
The Service Trainer is responsible to provide service-relevant,
technical training for selected automation products and solutions
to KION brand trainers, following the train-the-trainer principle.
This includes the acquisition of information from relevant
stakeholders, as well as the processing and preparation of content
for online and onsite training. The training material will be
created and provided, using standardized KION training tools.
The training content includes AGV service procedures, automated
components, troubleshooting, software &hardware information,
safety, and functional descriptions, among other elements.
Involvement in service tasks 'out in the field' is part of the role
to ensure familiarity with the subject matter and relatability to
the target audiences.
The role of the Service Trainer further entails active engagement
in content, tools, and process change management. Support to ensure
high-quality teachings (content) is part of this role and requires
close collaboration with selected technical documentation
stakeholders.
