You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and mechanical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Help to build a strong, diverse team by recruiting talent, identifying and developing successors, driving retention and engagement, and fostering an inclusive culture.--KEY RESPONSIBILITIES--- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues for our customers----- Provide technical support and expertise for our Conveyor Systems solutions--- Provide technical support and expertise for our Mechanical Systems & Components solutions----- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions----- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement--- Work Schedule Monday- Thursday 3:00 P.M. - 2:30 A.M.--YOU MUST HAVE--- 1+ year of Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or Industrial troubleshooting and repair experience----- MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)--- Ability to work multiple shifts as neededWE VALUE--- Previous experience troubleshooting material handling equipment (conveyors, palletizers, robotics)--- PLC experience preferred--- Previous customer service experienceBENEFITSWe offer a full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401(k), flexible vacation and education assistance.
