Job Description Job Description We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal to join a prominent firm in the Lexington, Kentucky area. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of discovery, including collecting, organizing, and reviewing case materials Support attorneys with trial preparation, including document organization, exhibit preparation, and witness coordination Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and professional correspondence Assist with medical malpractice and personal injury matters from intake through resolution Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using case management software Coordinate with attorneys to develop case strategies, timelines, and litigation plans Track case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements Prepare trial exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and court appearances Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review • Proven experience in civil litigation and trial preparation. • Proficiency in discovery processes and legal document drafting. • Familiarity with case management software and legal research tools. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. • Effective communication skills for collaboration with legal teams and clients. • Knowledge of medical malpractice and personal injury law is a plus.
