Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA is seeking full-time W-2 Class A CDL drivers, including recent CDL graduates and candidates with limited professional driving experience. Positions are based out of Bluffton, South Carolina, with openings across OTR, regional, and dedicated fleets, primarily operating east of I?35. The company provides steady freight, reliable home time, late-model equipment, and comprehensive benefits beginning on day one. Employment type: Full-time W-2 with year-round freight and consistent schedules. Compensation: Competitive weekly pay range of $1,400 to $1,800; exact pay based on experience and route. Pay issued weekly via direct deposit. Equipment: Assigned late-model tractors (2024–2025 Freightliner or Kenworth). Benefits (day one): Medical, dental, and vision insurance. Primary responsibilities: Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Execute scheduled pickups and deliveries, maintaining on-time performance. Maintain accurate ELD logs, trip reports, and DVIRs. Perform and document daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report any defects or safety issues. Follow company procedures and direction from dispatch and management.
