This is a physical, customer-facing role. Most team members who succeed here are eligible to drive company trucks, which provides more hours and schedule flexibility. Non-driving (navigator) roles are limited and based on current business needs. What Youll Do Safely lift, load, transport, and unload customers unwanted items Work directly with customers on-site in homes, apartments, and businesses Move heavy items (50 lbs) up and down stairs and through tight spaces Represent the company professionally on every job Potentially drive and operate a company box truck (no CDL required) Driving Eligibility (Important) Operating a company vehicle is subject to insurance approval. To be eligible to drive, candidates must: Have a valid drivers license Have no moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years Pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check Note: Non-driving (navigator) roles are limited, offer fewer and less predictable hours, and are only available when business needs allow.
