Job Description:
Primo Brands Inc., a trailblazer in the consumer goods sector,
is looking for a dedicated and experienced Lead Fleet Technician to
oversee the maintenance and technical operations of our beverage
and food delivery fleet. This role is critical in ensuring the
optimal functioning and reliability of our fleet vehicles, which
play a pivotal role in our seamless distribution process. The
perfect candidate will have a proven track record of managing fleet
maintenance duties, coupled with a keen eye for improving
operational efficiencies. Lead and manage all aspects of
maintenance, repair, and condition of the fleet, including routine
checks and compliance with safety regulations. Coordinate and
schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime, ensuring a
smooth operational flow. Implement and oversee a preventative
maintenance program to enhance longevity and performance of fleet
vehicles. Conduct and document regular fleet inspections and
maintenance activities. Manage and train a team of technicians in
various maintenance disciplines. Collaborate with logistics and
operations departments to optimize fleet utilization and
operational efficiencies. Maintain detailed records of maintenance
work, costs, and inventory. Ensure compliance with all local,
state, and federal regulations and company policies. In-depth
knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems in
vehicles. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent
problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to
manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
environment. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
