Business Development RepresentativeAutomaxx of the Carolinas is hiring extremely talented and professional Appointment Coordinators/Call Center Agent to handle in/outbound calls and appointment setting for customers. We are the fastest growing dealer in the state, and in the top 25 independent dealerships in the country, with an average of 250 cars sold a month. The BDC Room is averaging over 60% of the total business and we need experienced call representatives.Call center and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. We love to hire people looking to start out in an exciting career with room to grow within the company. Looking to hire someone mainly with a bright and friendly attitude who is a team player, positive, professional, smart, and not afraid to make 80-100 outbound phone calls per day to internet leads.Responsibilities include:

• Handling both inbound and outbound calls to current and prospective customers
• Answering customer questions and addressing concerns with honesty and accuracy
• Updating CRM with customer informationQualifications
  • Confident and professional phone manner
  • Strong computer and internet skills
  • Call center and inside sales experience is a plus- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results - Previous success in a sales setting is a plus - Strong history of being reliable and on time for work
    • Self-motivated, persuasive, and positive personality is a MUST!
    • Must be willing and able to submit to and successfully pass a pre-employment driving record and background check.This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work 9AM-7PM and some Saturdays. $400/week salary guaranteed without selling one car with potential to consistently make $1000/week between salary, commission, and monthly bonuses.
