As a director of operations at Agape Care, you’ll be responsible
for overall fiscal and clinical performance of your assigned branch
location(s). You’ll plan, direct, and evaluate the daily operations
of the agency to ensure adherence to the federal and state
regulations, organizational policies and procedures, and
established goals/budgets. We’re looking for someone with strong
interpersonal skills and management skills who can support the
growth of the agency and can lead and foster positive staff morale.

Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred). Current
state license as a registered nurse
2-3 years of supervisory experience as a registered nurse in an
appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice
environment (preferred). Evidence of clinical and supervisory
knowledge and experience appropriate to the assigned supervision
Reliable transportation. Ability to
sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and
bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
