Boeing has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Communications and Branding Specialist to join our team and work virtually from any US location.

Looking for a bright and engaged communicator, with experience in a corporate setting to work on Manufacturing and Quality Communications to reach production workforce and strengthen company reputation. This person will partner with senior business leaders who are responsible for leading factory operations and delivering world-class performance.

Position Responsibilities:
Lead enterprise Operations Council communications for Quality, including drafting council and ExCo chair communication; and partner with Quality Operations Council chair and business integration team

Support enterprise Operations Council communications for Manufacturing, including drafting council and ExCo chair communication; partner with EO Communications focal for broader Manufacturing communications requirements

Drive coordinated messaging across audiences and channels and partner with BU functional leaders

Develop and execute communications plans for World-Class QMS, Quality workforce development and other QOC initiatives; and lead Communications for all Quality related initiatives (e.g., World Quality Month, awards)

Own Quality narrative and messaging framework in alignment with enterprise priorities; and, manage and create content that addresses reputational risks and strategic needs

Lead reputation-management communications for Enterprise Operations Communications team

Establish and implement ongoing integrated communications plan to tell our story and strengthen our reputation both internally and externally

Produce print and video news and feature stories for internal/external channels

Maintain ongoing understanding of business initiatives and strategies

This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and does not require applicants to live in Seattle, WA. There may be some travel on occasion.

The position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a US Person as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. US Person includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
10+ years of experience in corporate communications

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Media Relations

Experience with writing internal/external content

Experience with Strategic decision making

Experience with Communications planning

Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 15 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+13 years' related work experience, 19 years' related work experience, etc.).

Summary pay range: $98,000 $175,000
