Key Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Support IT services function in their development of global services towards local customers and deliver business valued IT infrastructure services to drive globalization, growth, and change with continued quality and cost efficiency
  
• Specify expectations/requirements on infrastructure services from a local site/business perspective
  
• Participate in regional infrastructure projects and deliver solutions
  
• Ensure local implementation of global infrastructure solutions and services aligned with company standards
  
• Contact for business and internal IT customers regarding infrastructure services provided to site, including infrastructure domains for network, hosting, and end user services
  
  Skills & Qualifications:
  
  
  • 
    
  • 6 years of experience in infrastructure services preferably in a manufacturing environment
    
  • Experience with:
    
    
  • VMware
    
  • ITIL
    
  • Cisco
    
    
    
  • Broad knowledge across the spectrum of infrastructure services, including networking, hosting, and end user services
    
  • Strong analytical skills
    
  • Capability to build and maintain good business relationships
    
    Education/Certification:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science OR equivalent experience in a relevant field
      
    • Cisco certifications
      
    • Microsoft, VMware, and ITIL certifications are preferred
