What We Offer:$17.50 per hour1st shift, 6:30 AM - 2:00 PM2nd shift, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMOvertime and weekends availableHealth benefits, including telehealth medical services 401kOpportunity for advancementWhat We Are Looking For:High School Diploma 1+ years of experience as an equipment operatorAbility to operate material handling equipment such as: Tugger, pallet jack, forklift, conveyor, shrink wrap machine, man lift, electric pallet jack, scanner, and banding equipmentAbility to obtain proper licensing as required Must be able to work outdoors for short periods of time, and operate in a mildly dusty environmentAbility to work efficiently under the following physical requirements:Stand for up to 12 hours per dayStoop, kneel, bend at the waist, rotate head, and reachSit for extended periods of timeUse fingers for manipulationWalk extended distances both inside and outsideLift and carry up to 30 pounds repetitivelyPush and pull up to 62 poundsGrip material weighing up to 20 pounds20/30 vision, or betterAbility to adequately determine depthWhat You'll Do As A Forklift Operator:Operate instruction sheets, and/or communicated instructions for all shipping, receiving, and material deliveryPull parts per sample plan and transport them to the inspection areaMaintain visual management boards, charts, logbooks, databases, and other miscellaneous records as requiredInform and work with the appropriate associates to resolve any issues with equipment, components, and/or systemsIdentify, count, transfer, and store components and finished goods using current inventory and lot control systems Delivery all material to production points of useIdentify, analyze, and resolve BPS system issuesInterface with various carriers, suppliers, and customers, as well as planning, quality, purchasing, and production associatesDevelop and give feedback on ideas for improvements, and assist with implementationManage all product flow using SAP and other documentation as necessaryOther duties as required by managementAll Applicants must submit to background check and drug screening.Disclaimer: This job description is not designed to be a complete list of all duties, responsibilities, and safety requirements required of the Forklift Operator position.EOE
