Job Description:
We are looking for our next great Resident Experience
Coordinator. This position will oversee the coordination and
supervision of residents and be accountable for all on-site
property management, including local marketing, all tenant
relations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:
--- Show units and generate excitement from prospective tenants to
ensure all units are leased in a timely manner
--- Coordinates and manages all facets of resident move-in and
move-outs including processing applications to ensure smooth
processes
--- Monitor incoming leads and prospects and then incorporate into
marketing campaigns to help increase lease numbers
--- Oversees all on-site operations and maintains vendor
relationships to make certain all aspects of the property are
running smoothly
Qualifications:
--- Basic understanding of MS Office
--- Great with people- warm, friendly and helpful in person and on
the phone
--- Customer service or real estate sales background preferred
--- Some weekend and evening hours required
--- Enjoys negotiating and cultivating a rapport with clients and
team members
