Produce
high quality products and services for our customers. You will assemble and
inspect product to ensure the highest quality product is provided to our
customers. You will be accountable for your work area to ensure the safe and
efficient operation of the area. You will set up and monitor the production of
product in your area and participate in the continuous improvement process at
the site to address safety, production, and quality improvements. -Key Responsibilities: -

• Maintain Glove forms and manage form inventory
• Maintain/repair form racks used for glove production
• Participate in and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
• Support the Honeywell Operating System
• Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness
• Comply with all safety rules and promote the continuous improvement of safety efforts
• Record and report glove form and spare part inventory
• Set up/prepare and deliver glove forms to meet customer delivery schedule
• Maintain active forklift license issued by HoneywellYOU MUST HAVE -
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)WE VALUE -
    • Demonstrated ability to follow prescribed work method
    • Demonstrated ability to work with little to no supervision
    • Ability to work with others and work independently
    • Ability to identify key details
    • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity
    • Creative thinking and idea generation
    • Some hand tool experience
    • Ability to convey information clearly
