do:Member Services Associates ensure an exceptional service
experience, whether they are answering billing inquiries or
navigating complex policy changes. This largely phone-based role is
perfect for those who are passionate about customer service and
great at listening, multitasking, and finding solutions.Job

email Support members with billing inquiries, policy changes, and
questions related to our online portal Gain experience in a

YOU up for success! Member Services Associates take part in a
comprehensive paid onboarding program that will prepare you to
confidently work with our members. Youll also receive a complete
set of home office equipment to make you comfortable when you work
remotely.Starting Salary:This role begins with a $50,000 starting
salary. After onboarding, you are immediately eligible for overtime
and the monthly $500 Exceptional Performance bonus that has no cap
on the number of winners! You will also be regularly considered for
salary increases every six months with continued overtime

Monday-Saturday for a total of 5 days per week; Specific days to be
agreed based on needShift Times: 8am-5pm, 8:30am-5:30pm, 9am-6pm,
9:30am-6:30pm, 10am-7pm, 10:30am-7:30pm; Specific shifts to be
assigned based on business need.Shift Expectations: Your standard
schedule will be Monday-Friday, and will include up to 8 Saturdays
per year. This will also include up to 3 company holidays per year,
with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas (which we do not
