Job Summary: The Receiving and Shipping Admin works under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor. The R/S Admin will be responsible for preparing shipments and paperwork and receiving documents as needed. This individual will also be in direct communication with shipping contacts as well as truck drivers.Duties:

• Broad knowledge of RF-Smart *WMS) or other WMS system and scanning functions.
• Generates/Processes inbound and outbound paperwork. ie; BOLs and Packing Slips.
• Validates and audits accuracy of all inbound and outbound entries.
• Reports all damages to appropriate levels of management.
• Communication of all reporting functions to different levels of management.
• Prepares shipments for UPS, FedEx and LTLs per customer requirements.
• Collaborates with all other departments within the Cali network.
• Ensures proper dock location for all inbound containers and outgoing trailers.
• Ability to maintain a clean work environment.
• Other duties as requested.Education & Experience:
  • Must have 1 year of previous Shipping/Receiving experience
  • Must have good understanding of Warehouse and Inventory Control procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with UPS WorldShip and FedEx Ship Manager.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills.Benefits:
