Job Description $15/hr to start No mandatory weekends, closed
(paid after 90 day probationary period) major holidays, limited
vacation and possible pay increase after probationary period (90

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent
Driver---s license w/ clean driving record No felonies 1-2 years
technical experience maintaining, repairing, overhauling various
types of mechanical equipment (small engines and electrical
knowledge is a plus) Able to speak fluent English (bi-lingual is a
plus) Excellent communication skills written and oral Great problem
solving skills and able to work independently Able to lift at least
50 lbs on a regular basis Able to work in industrial environments
(including but not limited to: outdoors mid-summer, continuous
walking, reaching, bending, and kneeling) Promote AND practice
proper safety procedures and correct use of Personal protective
equipment QUALIFICATIONS REQUESTED but not needed at time of
hiring: Electrical knowledge (must be willing to learn) Small
engine knowledge Some HVAC/refrigeration knowledge Own your own
tools at time of hiring (you will be required to get some basic
tools once hired and working on your own) Must be willing to travel
for training and/or repairs. This may include an overnight stay
(rare). RESPONSIBILITIES to include but not limited to: Show up to
work on time. If not able to make it you must call AS SOON as you
know you will be out or late or you will be written up. If you have
3 unexcused lates or no shows, you risk being terminated. You will
need to learn to troubleshoot and perform diagnostics on all
equipment in accordance with manufacturer recommendations. Perform
routine preventative maintenance and repairs on various
compressors, dryers, generators, and pressure washers. Try to
provide the customer with complete solutions to any issues.
Document all work/ repairs on physical work orders and be able to
convey your findings to the customer and service manager in detail.
Develop a good rapport with all customers and employees. Be
professional at all times with customers and be able to provide
great customer service. Sharing knowledge and experiences with
others to have continued education and training for all. Manage
time efficiently. Perform all duties assigned with respect,
dignity, and professionalism Company Description Family owned and
operated for 30 years. We've hired 6 people in 4 years, 5 are still
with the company. We are growing and expanding and in need of a 4th
technician. We treat employees like family.
