Job Description:

Sportsman Boats is -looking for an Assembly Technician -in our capping, consoles, cushion installation, rubrail, t-top, and outboard motor -areas. - To be considered, candidates must have a stable work history, be experienced with both basic and electronic hand tools, -and enjoy working with your hands -building and putting equipment -together. - -What you will do:

• Assemble and install equipment meeting high quality standards and daily production numbers
• Pull wires, install equipment like Yamaha outboards, Garmin systems, stereo components, navigation systems, other hardware to specification -
• Use -basic hand tools and power equipment (miter saw, reciprocating saw, drill, driver, etc.) -
• Build T-tops and consoles
• Inspect parts for accuracy and quality
• Follow safety procedures
• Maintain area tools and equipment
• Able to read and interpret manufacturing schedules
• Able to read and understand units of measure
• Physically able to climb in and out of boats -
• Be challenged and have fun along the wayTo be considered you must have:
  • Experience with air, hand, and power tools
  • Experience in boating, automotive, electrical, or carpentry
