Job SummaryAmericold is seeking a skilled Shipping/Receiving Associate to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods in and out of our facility.Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming and outgoing shipments, providing accurate information and direction to ensure timely delivery and storage.
Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues related to damaged or missing items, and communicate with carriers to resolve shipping and delivery issues.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records to prevent overages and shortages.RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Americold offers a dynamic and supportive work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
