Responsibilities Are you an experienced maintenance worker, passionate about serving others in a mental health environment? Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral is looking for you! We are currently recruiting for a Lead Maintenance Tech. Position Summary The Lead Maintenance Tech will perform facility maintenance duties for the hospital including repairs, enhancements, and maintenance to buildings and grounds. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required; Technical education preferred. Experience: General experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and air conditioning with experience in repairs and maintenance. Age-Specific Competencies: N/A Licensure/Certification: CPI/CPR Certification required Other: Oral communication skills; legible handwriting; basic computer skills; ability to read blueprints & architecture, construction & engineering prints; ability to concentrate on tasks in high traffic areas; ability to maintain information as highly confidential; able to meet deadlines and set priorities; skills in dealing courteously with the public and with patients and staff within the organization; ability to work with minimal supervision; flexibility.
