based out of Charleston, SC and covering the Carolinas. We are a

our next sales rock star to sell to owners of multi-building
portfolios on the South Carolina Coast all the way to Charlotte,

selling custom roofing solutions to Building Owners and C-Level
Asset, Property, and Facility managers in the Commercial industry.

pressure to perform by honoring your word. Primary Responsibilities
To succeed in this job, you must: - Get in front of 4 to 5
prospects a day. - Expand your accounts and territories by helping
customers succeed. - Work with the sales manager to identify
opportunities. - Develop a plan with the sales manager to achieve
goals. Your Experience - High School or GED required - Working
knowledge of email and basic Google products - Clean background and
driving record - Experience with sales CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce,
etc) preferred, but not required - Experience selling into parallel
industries outside of roofing should apply - Service Salesmen are
responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a client base
of customers for the commercial repair division - Develop new and
manage existing accounts in customer base - Meet monthly,
quarterly, and yearly sales goals - Provide constant communication
and promote services provided by company - Consult and specify
roofing system repairs to meet customer needs in compliance with
industry standards - Participate and coordinate trade shows,
architect / property manager / hospitality expos, and marketing
functions to increase Roofing USA's market share - Create leads for
repair and service work through cold calling, referrals, service
hand-off, account management, and networking - Utilize Hubspot CRM
system daily for the management of accounts, scheduling, proposal
development, and recording of sales-related activity (cold calls,
inspections, on-site customer meetings, and pipeline) - Utilize
Centerpoint Connect to manage and document roof conditions in the
field and in the development of repair proposals (training
provided) - Participate in sales meetings and trainings and obtain
continuing education by participating in available manufacturer
seminars and conferences - Provide operations team with necessary
information and support for success of the project - Assist in
receivable duties associated with your accounts when directed by
management Compensation details: 105000-185000 Yearly Salary
