Job Description:
Job Description Job Description This position is responsible for
supporting the company’s sales goals through professional sales
techniques and excellent customer service, meeting sales growth
goals. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develops maximum
sales potential out of assigned territory through competitive sales
techniques and knowledge of WIE products and services. Builds and
maintains positive relations with existing accounts, and increases
account base and volume of sales on a consistent basis. Identifies
and locates new clients through a variety of methods including
company leads, networking and cold calls, following up on leads
promptly. Communicates with customers and leads to identify and
understand their product or service needs. Stays current in market
conditions regarding products, product updates, service offerings
and new technologies. Creates customized proposals to meet specific
customer requirements efficiently. Performs other duties as
assigned. Skills and Abilities Required: Excellent written and
verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer
service skills. Excellent diplomacy and negotiation skills. Valid
Driver’s License – must meet insurance underwriting requirements.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds. Travel
to meet with clients. Education and Experience Required: High
School diploma or equivalent. Industrial Automation and Controls
experience desired. Prior sales experience a plus. Proficiency in
