Competitive compensation package with commission and bonus opportunities Professional development and training support Access to exclusive travel and industry events Supportive team culture with long-term career potential Join one of the most successful and respected dealerships in the region $70,000-$150,000 annually What You’ll Do Assist clients in selecting new and pre-owned vehicles that match their needs and preferences Present features, pricing, and competitive advantages of vehicles with confidence and clarity Guide customers through test drives, trade-in evaluations, and financing options Maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering consistent follow-up and support Collaborate with sales managers and team members to exceed individual and team goals Uphold professional standards and contribute to a positive, high-energy showroom environment Track customer interactions and sales performance using dealership tools and reports What We’re Looking For Professional, courteous, and customer-first mindset 1–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience (automotive preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree is a plus Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Critz Auto is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
