Job Description Summary Laboratory Associate serves as a point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and internal departments regarding laboratory testing. The role utilizes resources to ensure accurate test selection, specimen requirements and processing instructions. The Laboratory Associate manages tests cancellations and problem resolution by working directly within lab sections to correct errors and ensure accurate reporting.
