Job Description:
Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated and innovative
Veterinary Nursing Manager for our Comprehensive Veterinary
Referral Center (CVRC). This vital role will oversee the nursing
operations within our facility, ensuring top-tier care and advanced
treatment options for pets. As a leader at Ethos, the Veterinary
Nursing Manager will champion our mission to integrate
science-driven veterinary methods and lead a team of skilled
veterinary nurses. This position requires a deep understanding of
veterinary medicine, impeccable leadership qualities, and a passion
for animal welfare. Manage daily operations of veterinary nursing
staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality care Develop
and implement nursing protocols using the latest veterinary science
Supervise, hire, and train veterinary nursing staff Maintain
inventory of medical supplies and equipment Ensure compliance with
all regulatory laws and standards Collaborate with other healthcare
professionals to improve service delivery and patient outcomes
Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, budgeting, and
record keeping Strong leadership and management skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in the use of
veterinary software and equipment Ability to work under pressure in
a fast-paced environment Keen organizational and problem-solving

Certified Veterinary Technician (CVT) Advanced certification in
veterinary nursing management (preferred)
