patient care plans in a labor and delivery setting Monitor patient
progress and adjust interventions as necessary Maintain a safe,
comfortable, and therapeutic environment for patients and their
families Administer medications and perform routine nursing
procedures Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to
ensure optimal patient care Provide education and support to
patients and their families regarding maternal and newborn health
Strong clinical skills in a labor and delivery environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to make
quick critical decisions Proficiency in the latest healthcare
technology and electronic health records Strong empathy and
patient-centered approach to care Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license BLS
certification ACLS certification preferred NRP (Neonatal
Resuscitation Program) certification
