Current State License as a Physical Therapist in South Carolina or compact privileges if applicable. Required to start the assignment. Proof of current CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. Required. Current driver's license, reliable transportation and proof of vehicle insurance. Required for home health visits. 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting. Required. Previous home health experience. Preferred. Ability to perform duties requiring heavy lifting, bending, pushing, prolonged standing and walking. Required. Ability to travel locally and work a flexible schedule. Required.
