About the Role:The Lead Installer at Howell-Chase Heating and Air will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful installation of heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. • High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
• Proven leadership skills and experience managing a team.Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree in HVAC technology or related field.
  • Experience with advanced HVAC systems, including smart technology.
  • Previous experience in customer service or client relations.
  • Additional certifications in specialized HVAC areas (e.g., refrigeration, ductwork).
