Customer Engagement Welcome buyers warmly and build rapport Conduct needs assessments to match clients with ideal vehicles Showcase vehicle features through in-person and personalized weekly video presentations ????? Sales Process Facilitate test drives and demo vehicles Explain pricing, financing options, and incentives clearly Handle paperwork, trade-in valuations, and finalize sales ???? Role Requirement: Video Communication Interactive Interview Step: Short role-play video presenting a vehicle’s features Ongoing Weekly Task: Create tailored video presentations for prospective customers to enhance remote engagement ???? Product Expertise & Follow-Up Stay informed on current models, tech advances, and auto trends Follow up via calls, texts, or emails to nurture leads and maintain customer satisfaction ????
