Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to ensure transparency and clarity throughout the service process. Provide strategic solutions and advice to customers regarding repairs and services. Manage scheduling, estimates, and follow-up calls with efficiency and professionalism. Collaborate with team members and take direction effectively to meet company goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly work environment. Key Traits & Qualifications: A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; must be personable and approachable.
