Job Description:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered
Nurse (RN) to join our Float Pool on a part-time basis. In this
role, you will have the unique opportunity to work across multiple
departments within our extensive network, providing high-level
patient care and gaining unparalleled experience in a variety of

care. Provide direct nursing care in a diverse range of settings
based on assignment. Evaluate patient responses and adjust care
plans accordingly. Document all patient interactions and treatments
accurately. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure
comprehensive patient care. Participate in continuing education to
enhance nursing knowledge and skills. Support patient and family
with empathy and crucial health education. Strong clinical skills
across various healthcare settings Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills Ability to adapt to new environments and
quickly integrate into different teams Proficient in electronic
health record (EHR) systems Solid decision-making and
problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current registered nurse license in
the state of practice BLS/ACLS Certification from the American
Heart Association or equivalent
