Description:The Village At Summerville is looking for a Staff
Development Coordinator dedicated to making a difference every day.
This position plays a pivotal role of education, training, and
leading staff to enrich the lives of our residents across our
entire continuum. This servant leader must have a great commitment
for working with employees and seniors to ensure a positive work
environment for professional development.The Staff Development
Coordinator responsibilities include, but not limited to, the
- Promoting growth and development of licensed and unlicensed
- Maintaining essential employee records in compliance with
- Coordinating activities and training
- Providing BLS, CPS, and First Aid education
- Managing the TB screening program
- Monitoring and investigating employee injuries and or exposure.
Requirements:The minimum requirement for the position is a licensed
Registered Nurse in South Carolina with two firm years of clinical
long term care experience or staff development experience.
Preferred experience is a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with five
years of related experience in a healthcare environment. In
addition, the applicant shall have a track record of measurable
results and knowledge in regulatory aspects.PCSC believes in
